  • You can make any changes to the itinerary if you have any special requests.

Prices

  • Prices are in US dollars per person per trip and you can pay in any other currency.
  • Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, or government taxes.
  • Rates are not valid during Christmas or New Year.
  • Travel insurance and entry visa charges are not included in the package.

Tipping in Egypt

Tipping is not included in any of our packages and is entirely up to the discretion of travelers. Although it is not mandatory, it is of great importance to the people who take care of you while traveling.

Extra Expenses

Extra personal expenses on the trip may include a food tour, alcoholic beverages, tipping, visa fees, recreational expenses, and other services not listed.

Following are the items with extra costs during the trek:

  • Additional transport that you require.
  • Tipping for the guide and driver after the trip.
  • In case of unforeseen events like bad weather conditions and eventual flight cancellations, you are responsible for extra hotel nights and meals.

Optional Visits & Entry Tickets

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering the pyramids from inside, the mummies’ room in Museum, or entering the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

Booking Confirmation Policy

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
  • We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
  • Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
  • Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  • Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
  • Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour

Children Policy

  • Up to 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 and Up: adult price.

We took our two young children on the “Tour to Pyramids of Giza Egyptian Museum and Old Cairo”, and they had an absolutely amazing time. They were fascinated by the Pyramids of Giza, and they loved learning about mummies and hieroglyphics at the Egyptian Museum. We also enjoyed exploring the colorful shops and stalls in Old Cairo. This tour was the perfect way to introduce our children to Egyptian history and culture, and we’ll definitely be back for more.

The “Tour to Pyramids of Giza, Egyptian Museum, and Old Cairo” was the most romantic excursion my husband and I have ever had. We were blown away by the sheer size and grandeur of the Pyramids of Giza, and the stories that were behind the ancient objects that were on display in the Egyptian Museum were really interesting to us.
