We are not a booking platform and not a reseller. We are a licensed Egyptian operator based in El Haram — fifteen minutes from the Pyramids — and we have been building private trips here for over thirteen years.

Egypt Planners started in Giza with one idea: a trip to Egypt should be arranged by the people who actually stand on the ground here, not brokered through three companies before anyone unlocks a gate for you.
Our office is at 191 Al Ahram Plaza, El Haram — a fifteen-minute drive from the Giza plateau. We know the guides by name, we know which drivers show up early, and we know which boat has the cabin worth paying for. Nothing on your itinerary is bought sight-unseen from a marketplace.
Since then we have published 94 itineraries and written 159 travel guides, and we have hosted travellers from 42 countries — every departure private, none of them shared coaches.
Every trip we sell is a trip one of us would take. That is the only filter we have ever used.
