On the first day, fly to Luxor and begin with a guided tour of Karnak Temple, the world’s largest open-air museum, showcasing over three thousand years of history. Enjoy a traditional Egyptian lunch before relaxing at your accommodation in Luxor. The second day takes you to the West Bank, starting at the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of the ancient pharaohs are hidden in the mountains. Visit the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut, built into the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari, then visit the famous Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, return to Cairo with fond memories of Luxor’s historic wonders.

Day Tour Itinerary

Day1:Fly to Luxor from Cairo & Luxor East Bank tour

After a delicious breakfast at your accommodation, our tour manager will accompany you to Cairo Airport for a short flight to Luxor City. Once arrive in Luxor, our tour manager will wait at Luxor Airport to transfer you directly to start your tour with your private tour guide specializing in Egyptology to visit:

Karnak Temple

Karnak, the world’s largest open-air museum, containing artifacts dating from the 21st century BC to the late 7th century AD, is just one temple with the remains of more than three thousand years of culture.

Luxor Temple

This is the only temple with Pharaonic, Greco-Roman, Coptic, and Islamic monuments combined. Amenhotep III originally built it and later expanded by Ramesses II. It is one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt.

Lunch

Before continuing, we will take a break to eat and recharge. Lunch will be in a restaurant, and Egyptian food options are generally offered, including meat dishes, rice, and salads (drinks are not included).

After these fruitful visits, We will accompany you to your accommodation in luxor to relax and spend a peaceful night.

Day2:Luxor West Bank tour & Back to Cairo

After a delicious breakfast at your accommodation, you will start your wonderful day tour by meeting your private tour guide specializing in Egyptology in a private A/C vehicle to start visiting the following:

Valley of the Kings

The Valley of the Kings, where the greatest tombs of the Pharaohs throughout history were discovered. These tombs were carved into the Luxor mountain, considered one of the largest sites in Egypt.

Hatshepsut Temple

The Temple of Hatshepsut, located in Deir el-Bahari, is a stunning limestone structure on a mountain on a series of terraces and blends into the surrounding limestone cliffs in honor of Egypt’s sole queen.

Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon are two huge stone statues of the ancient Egyptian king Amenhotep III from the Eighteenth Dynasty. They show the king sitting on a throne with pictures of his mother, wife, the god Hapi, and other symbols written on it. Quartz stones are used to make it.

Lunch

Before continuing, we will take a break to eat and recharge. Lunch will be in a restaurant, and Egyptian food options are generally offered, including meat dishes, rice, and salads (drinks are not included).

After these fruitful visits, our tour manager will accompany you to Luxor Airport to fly back to Cairo City. Once you arrive at Cairo Airport, our tour manager will wait to transfer you in a private A/C vehicle to your accommodation.

Prices

  • Prices are in US dollars per person per trip and you can pay in any other currency.
  • Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, or government taxes.
  • Rates are not valid during Christmas or New Year.
  • Travel insurance and entry visa charges are not included in the package.

Tipping in Egypt

Tipping is not included in any of our packages and is entirely up to the discretion of travelers. Although it is not mandatory, it is of great importance to the people who take care of you while traveling.

Extra Expenses

Extra personal expenses on the trip may include a food tour, alcoholic beverages, tipping, visa fees, recreational expenses, and other services not listed.

  • Additional transport that you require.
  • Tipping for the guide and driver after the trip.
  • In case of unforeseen events like bad weather conditions and eventual flight cancellations, you are responsible for extra hotel nights and meals.

Optional Visits & Entry Tickets

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering the pyramids from inside, the mummies’ room in Museum, or entering the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

Booking Confirmation Policy

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
  • We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
  • Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
  • Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  • Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
  • Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour

Children Policy

  • Up to 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 and Up: adult price.
